OVERVIEW

The nest chair is constructed from salvaged bamboo floorboards that have been planed, cut and finished. Each piece influenced the placement and angle of the next piece, thus creating an organically woven structure. This process minimized the waste of material used in the construction of the chair. The interwoven vocabulary of the members created an extremely stable structure able to support heavy loads.
